Returns

Return Policy:

• In order to begin the return process, you’ll need to send us an email at amourpaws@gmail.com and include your order number and an explanation of what was wrong with your item(s).
• Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery. 
• All items must be clean, unwashed and hair-free.
• Any items returned already worn/damaged will not be refunded and Amour Paws will not be held responsible to ship them back. 
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to mail back any returns. 
• Please note, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
• If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
• If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at amourpaws@gmail.com.

 

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
